QS-Wharton Reimagine Education facilitated this mix-and-match of opportunities and solutions. The conference’s global draw ensures that challenges from one context meet critical leaders with different mindsets who can propose innovative solutions. Green Shoots and Profesor Avatar connected among all the groups at the conference because of their shared focus on information and communication technology.
Green Shoots plans to expand into other African countries, and Profesor Avatar plans to make its next partner pilot in Asia. Both see tremendous ground to be gained in developing countries, and believe entirely in the capacity for developing countries to innovate new solutions to meet their challenges. Both organizations are pleased with the partnership created at QS-Wharton Reimagine Education, and proud to present this small advance to the community.
Jo Besford of Green Shoots said,
“We are now testing and exploring how holographic presentations can be used to provide cost-effective, engaging and high-quality teacher training to schools in more rural areas!”
